The overarching goal of my professional development is to empower educators by strengthening their content knowledge, instructional practices, and capacity to support student learning. Professional learning is designed for teachers, instructional coaches, and school leaders and can be customized to address individual, team, or school-wide instructional priorities.
The Goals of PD Sessions:
✅ Promote understanding of the science of reading as a premise for effective literacy instruction.
✅ Provide teachers with tools to help them look critically at instructional programs, identify gaps, and be able to fill those gaps.
✅ Facilitate access to high quality professional learning resources and tools.
